REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Absolute Nutrition believes that you should never have a need to cancel or return an item delivered. However, we would be glad to help you in case of a certain situation where you insist to return or cancel the order. Therefore, here we are listing our cancellation and return policy.


Delay in the dispatch: Any request which has not been delivered can be cancelled. The sum paid by you (in case of prepaid order) would be refunded and will reflect in 7-10 days.


Damaged or hampered product received: We make sure the packaging of the product is in the same process as mentioned on the website. However, under rare circumstances, the product might get damaged during the transit process. In such cases, we would be happy to replace the item. Just ensure that you inform us about the damage as soon as you receive the product.


If you get product/products that are not the same as you requested, we will dispatch the correct item/items to you immediately and collect the incorrect item from your place. Any other reason of cancellation, will be handled individually.


Sealed pack products: We offer 10-days return guarantee of all items delivered, only if they are unused, sealed and are in a similar condition as delivered.
