Return, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

At TruNativ, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Returns

We do not offer returns or refunds for any delivered products.

This includes:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

  • Products received in good condition

  • Personal taste, dietary preferences, or medical reasons

Replacement Policy

We offer a free replacement only if:

  • The product is received damaged, leaking, tampered with, expired, or incorrect

  • The replacement request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging are provided along with the order number

Once the issue is verified, a replacement order will be shipped at no additional cost.

Cancellation Policy

Before Shipping

Orders may be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever occurs first.

To request a cancellation or modification, please contact our support team with your order number.

After Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned.

How to Request a Replacement

To request a replacement, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Order Number

  • Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product

  • Brief description of the issue
